Reorganization of the corporate group
Recently, the company IVS S.r.l. was incorporated (click here) in Agroalimentare Sud S.p.A., a company owned by about 66% from the corporate group Adriatica S.p.A. located in Rovigo, founded in 1982 with the intention of bringing the barley processing activities directly in an area suited to agricultural production, and that is an example of excellence in processing domestic cereal when one considers that in Italy malt production is concentrated in a very small number of producers and the Melfi plant is one of the two main competitors.
