Reorganization of the corporate group
During the second half of 2011, thanks to a reorganization of the corporate group Adriatica S.p.A., began a close collaboration between I.V.S. Ltd. and Agroalimentare Sud S.p.A. relative to grain-seed sector. The group's renewed willingness to invest in research and development will give a new impetus to the creation of new cultivars with improved characteristics, and the selection and control of raw materials.
